We built the register that was missing
Organisations already had training. What they did not have was a simple way to keep workforce cyber-readiness status current, portable and independently verifiable across employees, agency workers, contractors and suppliers. EdXactly exists to close that gap.
Who We Are
From training evidence to verification infrastructure
Before EdXactly, our team spent more than a decade building and running compliance training for some of the most scrutinised organisations in world sport, programmes delivered to over 180,000 learners across global leagues and championships, where a failed check makes headlines. We learned what training looks like when the evidence has to hold. In 2026 we brought that discipline to the European workforce, and built the missing piece: EdXactly Pass, a verifiable credential engine that turns "we trained them" into proof anyone can check in two seconds.
How we work
The whole workforce
If the seasonal worker on line 3 can't finish the training, it doesn't count. WCAG 2.2 AA and 10+ languages are floors, not features.
No new systems
Workers train on their own phones. Checkers scan with theirs. Your IT department never hears from us. Data is LIVE and paper reports and certificates are not needed.
