Accessibility Is Already the Law.

Since June 2025, the European Accessibility Act asks businesses to make their digital products and services accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility is made or broken by people, so we train them: content teams, digital teams, customer-facing teams, in every language they work in, with a record that proves it.

Why Now.

The deadline was June 2025. What comes next is enforcement.

The EAA has applied to new products and services since 28 June 2025, with member states enforcing it through complaints and penalties. Transition windows for some existing services run on, but anything you launch or renew now is expected to comply, and WCAG 2.2 AA is the working benchmark. The organisations that train the people behind their content and code are the ones whose accessibility survives contact with reality.

Accessibility Governance

The Commitment Your Organisation Signs.

Accessibility statements, procurement standards, monitoring: someone has to own them and answer for them. We give leadership the understanding to set the standard, hold suppliers to it, and oversee it credibly, with a record per leader.

Accessible Every Day

Accessibility Sense for Every Employee

Most barriers are not built by developers; they're written into everyday documents, emails and slides. We train everyone who creates content on the habits that keep it readable by all: structure, plain language, alt text, contrast.

Digital Teams

WCAG 2.2 AA, Built In.

For designers, developers and product teams, accessibility bolted on afterwards is the expensive kind. We train the people who build your digital products to meet WCAG 2.2 AA from the first sketch, with hands-on practice on real assistive technology.

Customer-Facing Teams

Serving Every Customer.

The law covers the service, not just the website, and your support and sales teams deliver it. We train them to recognise barriers, communicate across different needs, and handle accessibility requests as routine, not exception.

Add GDPR While You're At It

The same teams that make your digital channels accessible handle personal data through them, and the duties run in parallel: train the people, embed the habits, keep the proof. We run both as one programme, with one evidence trail.

The Courses

Five Courses. Everyone Covered

Each one mapped to who needs it, built in up to nine languages, with a per-person record at the end.

Five colleagues stand arm in arm, seen from behind

Accessibility 101

Understand what accessibility is, who depends on it, and what the law now asks. For every employee. Short eLearning, around 20 minutes, with a final check. Nine languages. The shared baseline: roughly one in four adults lives with a disability, and this course shows what that means for how your organisation writes, builds and serves, and why accessible is also simply better business.

What you'll learn :

What accessibility means and who depends on it

The EAA in plain language

The everyday barriers that lock people out

Why accessible wins commercially

Creating Accessible Content

Build the habits that keep everyday content readable by everyone. For everyone who writes or creates, recurring. Scenario-led micro-modules, 10 to 15 minutes each. Nine languages. Most accessibility failures are content failures: a scan nobody's screen reader can parse, a chart with meaning only in its colours. This course fixes them at the source.

What you'll learn :

Alt text that actually works

Documents and slides everyone can read

Plain language and clear structure

Colour, contrast and what to avoid
