Germany has enforced NIS2 since December 2025 and German clients are already sending supply-chain questionnaires to their suppliers. The Netherlands follows with the Cyberbeveiligingswet in 2026. A pass any phone can verify in two seconds
On passing, the worker receives a personal QR pass with an expiry date, on their phone and printable as a badge card. A scan opens the live record on verify.edxactly.com: valid, expired or revoked, showing only the claim the checker is entitled to see. Every pass link is cryptographically signed, so an altered link shows invalid, and revocation takes effect on the very next scan.

Start with a 90-day pilot
EUR 4,950 fixed, excluding VAT, for 50 to 200 flexible workers: training in all required languages, a personal verifiable pass per worker, reporting for audits and client questionnaires, and a data processing agreement included. After 90 days, an evaluation and a proposal for structural rollout, with no obligation.
